Yes. While your jewelry can stay on forever, it doesn't have to! If, for some reason, you need to take it off, we can remove it for you, and even re-link it again for a small fee.
Accidents happen. If your bracelet gets caught on something and breaks, put it in a safe place until you can come see us for repair. The first repair is free, and additional repairs are available at a small fee. Lost bracelets will not be replaced.
While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, an appointment is recommended. Depending on your needs, custom permanent jewelry may require an appointment.
