Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging- The product isn't used or damaged- You have the receipt or proof of purchase Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

How to Return Your Purchase

Contact us at 757-838-2328 or via email at help@goodmanandsons.com. We will provide you with a free two-day shipping label and specific instructions on how to package and return your product to us.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charges incurred are non-refundable. However, we offer free returns if you follow our return policy.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items not marked clearance can be refunded. Clearance items cannot be returned.
